Crisis Communication Competency Courses

The crisis communication competency classes are based on the competency standards set out by Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency. The competency standard allows one to understand the intricacies of formulating and implementing a crisis communication plan in a simple and systematic approach.

Participants can look forward to completing the 2 day Implementing Crisis Communication Plan before moving on to the more advanced, 2 day Executing and Implementing Crisis Communication Plan course. Completion of each 2 day course allows participants to obtain 1 Statement of Attainment each once they have passed the assessments attached to each of the course.

Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) can enjoy up to 70% funding of their course fees.
