Project Management

This module will help participants to learn the fundamentals of the first phase of the BCM planning methodology, Project Management.

Participants will learn the requirements in a project management phase through online learning. They will also be introduced to the BCM Planning Methodology as well as BCM framework and its components. Participants will also learn the importance of leadership and management commitment as well as the roles and responsibilities within the BCM organisation.

At the end of the module, participants would be able to:

Understand the requirements of the project management phase
Identify the BCM planning methodology, framework and its components
Understand the importance of leadership and management commitment
State the roles and responsibilities within the BCM organisation

Participants may pause their learning at any point of the module and resume where they left off. An electronic notepad is also made available for participants to take notes and store them for ease of reference.

Participants are to finish a short quiz that would assess their understanding of the module. Participants would be awarded a Certificate of Completion (COC) upon completing the quiz.
